Orders & Payment

When you place an order through our website, you receive an order confirmation by email once your payment is successfully processed. Payment is collected online at checkout via our secure payment processor, Stripe.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Delivery fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery

We deliver across Palm Beach, Broward, and Martin Counties. Delivery days and windows are shown on the order page and confirmed in your order confirmation.

Please provide a complete delivery address including any gate codes or access instructions. If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will leave the meals at your door in insulated bags with ice packs.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders must be placed by the weekly cutoff shown on the order page. Because our meals are made fresh to order, orders cannot be cancelled or changed after the cutoff has passed.

If you need to cancel before the cutoff, contact us as soon as possible and we will issue a full refund. If a delivery fails due to an error on our part, we will make it right with a replacement delivery or a refund.

Substitutions & Menu Changes

Our menu changes weekly. Protein swaps and other special requests are welcomed and may be subject to an additional charge; we will follow up with you if a charge applies.

We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions for ingredients based on availability while maintaining the quality and integrity of each dish.

Bag Fee & Container Policy

A one-time bag fee may apply. Please leave all bags outside for exchange of a new bag each week, and leave ice packs out for pickup before your next delivery.

Meals are packaged in BPA-free, microwave-safe containers.

Allergens & Food Safety

While we take care to accommodate dietary needs, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee any meal is completely free of allergens.

If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can advise whether we can safely prepare a meal for you.

Limitation of Liability

Tasteful Vibes is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your order. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
